I recently refinanced with Joseph LaGiglia at Oak Leaf and could not be happier with the process. I was told, upfront, the time to refinance was extended due to the low rates prompting many to refinance. He offered a solid rate and locked it in after initial paperwork was completed. I received multiple phone calls from members of the team to update me on the process. A small, but communicated snag, was hit and my closing was pushed back one week. Joe was empathic on the process as he walked me through the final days until close. At close, I asked the title company about the rate and was told, “That is a good rate for a 15 year, and you are at a 30!” Communication is vital, and the team at Oak Leaf was beyond my expectations.
